>>>>HOAX EMAIL begins<<<<<<<<<<<

From:MRS REBECCA PARLYN

DEAREST,
I DONT KNOW YOU BUT MY GRACE HAS DIRECTED ME TO YOU. I AM PRESENTLY ON A
SICKBED TYPING THIS EMAIL TO YOU. I AM MOTHER REBECCA PARLYN FROM
NETHERLAND, A WIDOW TO LATE PATRICK PARLYN, BORN APRIL 18TH,1939. I WAS
BROUGHT UP FROM A MOTHERLESS HOME, AM A NEW CHRISTIAN CONVERT SUFFERING
FROM LONG TIME CANCER OF THE BREAST. MY CONDITION IS REALLY DETERIORATING
AND ACCORDING TO MY DOCTORS IN ALL INDICATION REGARDS TO MEDICAL ANALYSIS,

IT IS QUITE OBVIOUS THAT I MIGHT NOT LIVE MORE THAN THREE MONTHS. THIS IS
BECAUSE THE CANCER HAS GOTTEN TO A VERY BAD STAGE.
MY LATE HUSBAND DIED DURING THE HURRICANE DISASTER IN NEW ORLEANS, THE
MOST PAINFUL PART WAS THAT WE COULD NOT PRODUCE ANY CHILD BEFORE I LOST
HIM. LATE PATRICK WAS VERY WEALTHY AND AFTER HIS DEATH, I INHERITED ALL
HIS BUSINESS AND WEALTH. SINCE THE DOCTORS HAS ADVISED ME THAT I MAY NOT
LIVE FOR MORE THAN THREE MONTHS. I DECIDED TO DIVIDE THE PART OF THIS
WEALTH TO CONTRIBUTE TO THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE POOR HOMES AND I WANT YOU
TO HELP ME DO THIS GOOD WORK.

DONT BE SURPRISE ON HOW I GOT YOUR EMAIL. SINCE I HAVE NO FAMILY TO DO
THIS GOOD WORK FOR ME, THERE ARE SEVERAL EMAILS I SAW ON THE INTERNET
GOOGLE BUT MY SPIRIT PICKS YOU AND I PRAYED OVER IT. I AM WILLING TO
DONATE THE SUM OF $4.8M U.S DOLLARS, TO THE LESS PRIVILEGED. PLEASE I WANT
YOU TO NOTE THAT MY FUND IS LYING IN A BANK IN UK AND UPON MY
INSTRUCTIONS, A LAWYER OF MINE WHO RESIDES IN LONDON WILL HELP ME IN
GETTING THE MONEY TRANSFERRED TO YOU.

LASTLY, I HONESTLY PRAY THAT THIS MONEY WHEN TRANSFERRED TO YOU, IT MUST
BE USED FOR THE SAID PURPOSE. ALSO I KNOW MY MAIL TO YOU HAS CAME AS A
SURPRISE BECAUSE I DONT KNOW YOU BUT I TOOK A RISK AND DO THIS WITH FAITH.
I DONT KNOW HOW YOU FEEL AS YOU READ MY MESSAGE BUT I HAVE COME TO FIND
OUT THAT WEALTH ACQUISITION WITHOUT CHRIST IS VANITY AND I MADE THE
PROMISE TO GOD THAT MY FUND WILL BE USE TO BLESS THE POOR HOMES. MY MIND
REALLY PICKED YOU FOR THIS GOOD WORK BUT I WILL LOOK FOR SOMEONE ELSE IF I
DONT GET YOUR REPLY IN TWO DAYS. MAY GOD BLESS YOU AND USE YOU TO
ACCOMPLISH MY WISH.
MRS REBECCA PARLYN.

Email with Links can download VIRUSES on your computer!

When on internet, one should always stay alert to anything that looks like a "link" or is a "link". Any email that says "Click ... to get ..." may be innocent looking, and encouraging user to take the action inscribed, but DO NOT let your gaurd down, as even less wordy, simple emails can create havoc on your machine by slyly downloading a virus or bot program on your machine by making you execute a simple click. Yes, your one click can be potentially fatal for your machine and or to your online identity/information.

Here's one example:

Notice the body of the above email. The link (Don't worry its inactive! I have removed the hyperlink, and replaced it with underline, to keep the look and feel) was redirecting the user to:

http://www.thedonkeytaxes.com/804/2c3ed6f92a4918f438301b0c9fb6b87b/319/102/404/

This is certainly not "WALMART" related website. So, its definitely fishy link, and could do more harm than expected. No one gives any money for free. Would you?
Remember to be alert all the time when on internet, as scams like this need just one click from you!

Best!
