Spammers show a new trend: Empty subject lines to beat spam mail filters!

Tried and annoyed by an Mrs. XYZ offering you funds of millions and millions of dollars, I set up spam filters to block these emails. However, I still see spammers beating my clever filters. The new trend is use of "empty" subject line. I am yet to figure out how to set up filters for clearing such mails out, but, the spammers are getting more creative!

Here's a sample from one out of tons of such mails:

[ No Subject ]
from: "meiblomme@kpnmail.nl"

[Body]
There is a £10.8M Business Proposal for you.Mail mrselizabeth@hotmail.co.uk.

This is surely a break of misfortune as I learn of huge funds awaiting my response as well as defeated filters serving as guard for my inbox!
